Home Inspection
A typical home inspection takes 2-4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the house. This is a general evaluation of the home and its major systems.

Termite Inspection
This is a detailed check for wood-destroying insects and conditions that are conducive them, also known as a WDI inspection. We also offer termite control.

Septic System Inspection
Our septic inspection determines if the system is working as it should and if it needs further evaluation or repair by a septic installer. Inspection may confirm normal operation or highlight needed repairs before you close.

Infrared Inspection
A room-by-room heat scan of the home’s interior can reveal hidden problems such as missing insulation, roof leaks, plumbing leaks, and even electrical issues not visible to the unaided eye.
Same-Day Report
We do a detailed review of the home’s most important components — foundation, roof, air conditioning, furnace, plumbing, and electrical — then walk through results with you and send a written report the same day. Our reports highlight what's important and are easy to read on any device.
